2. What we collect
- Name, company name, email address, phone number
- Postcode, city and country
- Your enquiry, your configuration and, if given, your licence plate (for the towing check)
- VAT number for a dealer or price list request
- Anonymous visit statistics (pages and models viewed, and which website or search engine referred you), without third-party cookies
3. How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and pass it to the REMORQ dealer near you
- To manage our dealer relationships
- To send product information you requested
- To improve our website and services
- To comply with legal obligations
We never sell your personal data. Your enquiry is shared with the authorised REMORQ dealer who follows it up.
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
Legitimate interest, consent where given, and legal obligation where applicable.
5. Cookies
This website only uses functional storage (language, your plate result and, if you arrived via a dealer's website, that dealer — only during the session) and anonymous visit statistics, without third-party cookies or profiling.
6. Retention
No longer than necessary. Business correspondence is kept for a maximum of 7 years under Dutch accounting rules.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Contact info@remorq.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
